Intern & Volunteer Forms

We are thrilled you are joining us for La Tertulia Camp this summer. We need a complete Registration Form and our current Health Form on file for each volunteer/ intern. If you are 18 years or older you can fill out these forms for yourself. If you are younger than 18 years old, please have your legal guardian complete these forms for you.
