Kids ages 6-12 are invited to join La Tertulia Teacher Gabriela Moreno A. & Director Alina L. Singletary for for a one of kind bilingual mini camp.

Wonders of Water is our brand new Spring Break Mini camp offering an exciting and educational experience for kids currently

enrolled in 1st -6th grades

Registration is now open for 16 kids to join La Tertulia for three days of practicing Spanish language skills while expanding their knowledge of the Salish Sea and all the connected waters of the world. La Tertulia is off to the Seattle Aquarium for three days of adventures where

Gabriela will inspire kids to expand their skills with Spanish language &

Alina will ignite a passion for ocean ecology.

Small group size!

Teacher: Student ratio = 1:8

  • Tuesday April 15

  • Wednesday April 16

  • Thursday April 17

  • Camp Fee $525.00

  • Fees include Aquarium admission & transportation 

  • 9:00am Drop off & 3:30 pick up

  • Drop off/ pick up: Cowen Park Playground in Roosevelt neighborhood

  • Ride the Light rail to Seattle's Waterfront

  • Explore Seattle Aquarium

  • Teacher to camper ratio 1:8

More Details

Each day we will hop on the light rail for a quick and easy ride to Seattle's Waterfront. Our daily focus will explore the Seattle Aquarium including the newly opened Ocean Pavilion! 

 

*We know you may be curious about sending your kids off to explore the city by light-rail.  Director Alina Singletary has over 30 years experience guiding large groups of children on public transportation. Leading groups around the greater Seattle area including extensive trips to Vashon Island, Snoqualmie Falls and the Renton Aquatic Center using King County Public Transportation.
